Product catalog throws 404 after tag was removed.

Steps:

1. Create a tag in Categories.
2. Create a Product and assign the category.
3. Create a Catalog and set up filter using this category.
4. Delete this category.
5. Go to the catalog and try to edit.

Actual result: Error 404 occurs.
