Steps to reproduce

1. Install Ibexa DXP v3 or v4
2. Enable Prevent reusing old password https://doc.ibexa.co/en/4.2/users/user_management/#password-expiration
3. Create a user and set a password as expired
4. Login to created user and reset the password
5. Try to enter the same password you set

Result

The password is changed to the current one

Expected

The password should not be changed, and you should see a message that the same password was used
