Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Content / Content structure.
3. Create a new content Folder.
4. Schedule created content Folder to be hidden.
5. Update table and entry in database: UPDATE user_id SET action_timestamp  = 1656354200  WHERE content_id = 172;
6. Run command: php bin/console  ezplatform:scheduled:run

Actual result:

An exception occurred while php bin/console  ezplatform:scheduled:run command is executed.
