Steps:

1. I created a new Catalog with filter Category = Business laptops
2. There was 1 product meeting these criteria in the catalog. I saved it.
3. I wanted to copy this catalog and get a new one with a different name but the same filter
4. I didn't change anything in filters, but the system in Filters sections shows me "140" in the Category filter instead of "Business laptops"
   
5. Probably it shows the ID of the specific category instead of its label/name when you edit/copy Catalog
