Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Personalization.
2. Click Models.
3. Edit any calculated model and click Trigger model build.
4. Go back to Models screen.

Actual result:
When Build in progress label is displayed, there is a scroll and Edit button is not visible.

Expected result:
When Build in progress label is displayed, edit action should be stuck to the table as in the Sub-items table behavior.
