Preconditions:

• Added few tags in Content / Tags.
• Added at least one sub tag under newly created tags (not parent tag).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Content / Tags
3. Select 'Root' tag in content tree.
4. Start creating a new tag (click on Create button).
5. Being on create a new tag form click on 'Select path' button.
6. Try to select different tags from the tree.

Actual result:
See attached screenshot.

Cannot select new path for newly created tag.

Expected result:

User is able to select new path for all available tags in the tree.

Note:

The same incorrect behaviour is in Product catalog / Categories.
