Steps to reproduce:

• Clean Ibexa Experience v4.2.2
• Create one Product Type.
• Add Language ger-DE in disabled state:
  
• Go to Product List (/admin/product/list) and click '+Create' button

Result:
Language selector shows disabled language ger-DE:

Expected:
Disabled languages should not be available (as in Content -> Create):
