When a new language is added to the fresh installation, and the default one (English) will be disabled, Content that was created using the UDW "Create" feature, will end up in English and uneditable (despite different Language being selected during creation).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Clean installation of eZ Platform v2.5/Ibexa DXP v3.2/v3.3
2. Log in to the back office as the admin user and create a new Language Polish (pol-PL).
3. Edit English Language and disable it.
4. Click on the "Browse" button inside the "Content Structure" view. Use the "Create" feature to create a new Content (Language will be correctly set to "Polish").

Result:
Content will be created in the English language (which is disabled), therefore it will be no longer editable: "This value is not valid." error will be shown.

Expected result:
Content is created in the Polish language.
