Preconditions:

• Added one language e.g Polish pl-PL

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Admin / Users / Administrator User.
3. Switch to 'Translation' tab.
4. Add translation for Polish language (preconditions).
5. Being on edit user form click on 'Publish' button.
6. Verify web browser console output.

Actual result:

• JS exception occurs while trying to save the user form
• Mandatory fields are grayed out and user cannot fill the required data

Edit:
Since december when the bug has been reported, now we have another (more serious) bug in this scenario - 500 internal server error.
