Steps to reproduce:
1. Clean installation of Ibexa DXP
2. Create and publish new content - e.g. article
3. Edit this article and click "publish later" button.
4. Set the publication date, change hour and minutes with keyboard and click 'confirm' when minutes is still in focus

Result:
In "publication date" hour is correct, but current minutes are saved instead of entered minutes.

Expected result:
The entered time should be saved correctly

Note:
When I set the publication time using the arrows, the correct time is saved, same as when I enter a value from the keyboard and click on the white space first and then the "confirm" button.
