Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Create some Tags in a Taxonomy tree with different levels.
- Play with drag&drop.
Result:
Sometimes Tags don't move in a desired place and flickering occurs.
Expected result:
There shouldn't be any flickering and items should always move to a proper place.
