Checkout - error should be handled better when no configuration is added

    Description

      Steps:

      1. Do not add configuration for checkout.
      2. Go to storefront and and some product to cart.
      3. Go to Cart.
      4. Click Go to checkout button.

      Result: 500 error with confusing message.
