Checkout - incorrect prices in Payment & summary step

Details

    Description

      1. I entered checkout
      2. I provided the billing address and use it for shipping
      3. In step 3 I selected payment and shipping methods
      4. In step 4 I see that the prices are incorrect, the labels are ok but values are gross (with tax)
      5. These prices and subtotals in lines must be consistent with Cart and Summary
