Selecting time range on Perso dashboard has no effect

Prereq.: Personalization configuraiton set up.

Steps:

1. Go to Personalization Dashboard.
2. Select time range different than default.
3. Examine the charts.

Actual result: Time range on charts does not change, default 24h remains.
Expected result: Time range on charts changes according to selection.
