Requirements:

1. Go to article
2. Add facebook in Rich text field
3. Add ibexa.co and 100
4. Save
5. Click the cog button but not the edit button
6. Click the trash button deleting the tag without closing the setting menu for tag
7. Create new tag
8. Edit new tag with www.ibexa.com and 200
9. Save

Actual result:
You can see window with old values
Moreover using scroll it is possible to make the not closed tag settings window float around:

Expected result:
Deleting the tag doesn't break the tag settings window

Doesn't seems to affect older versions 4.3.1
