Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Customers / Companies.
3. Create a new company with name "Test Company".
4. Start creating another company and use the same name as a company name - "Test Company".

Actual result:

Validation for company name field does not work.

Expected result:

Validation for company name field works properly. User cannot create the second company using the same name.
