Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to any content that has children/subitems
2. In subitems table on content view, hover on unfocused priority input
3. Click Up/Down arrow

Expected behaviour:

Element is focused, controls appear, and value is changed (+1, -1, according to arrow pressed)

Current behaviour:

Value is not changed, all that happens is focus and controls appear
