Item disappears from calendar month view after rescheduling.

Steps:

1. Create some basic CT items and use Publish later.
2. Go to Calendar.
3. Select item in Content publication type in month calendar view.
4. Use Reschedule.
5. Check month calendar view.

Actual result: Item is not visible.

Remarks: Recording https://recordit.co/XmbhTVguh2.
Day and Week view is not affected.
When rescheduling from List view the same issue occurs.

Note:
As the issue concerns daylight saving time here are the steps to reproduce it with 100% accuracy.

1. Set a computer's date to 17.03.2023.
2. Restart a webserver.
3. Publish later any content and set a date to 28.03.2023.
