At the moment many styles for extra action sidebar are duplicated per feature/bundle, adding margins/width on `&–edit` , `.ibexa-scheduler-publish-later` etc modifiers, instead of setting it globally.

This task moves all these styles to main `extra-action` scss file and removes duplicated lines from other files.

To test: check if all extra action sidebars (create content, edit content with language, hide, publish later, create product, etc.) are displayed correctly, no extra margin (like 32px) or width (75% + 75%) happens.
