Preconditions:

• Added taxonomy entry assignment fieldtype to CT folder
• Prepare taxonomy content tree tags as on attached screenshot: tags.png{}

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Content / Content structure.
3. Start creating a new CT folder.
4. Click on tags.
5. Select tags 5 and 9 - confirm selection.
6. Open tags again and unselect tag 5 and select 1 and 11 tags - confirm selection.
7. Publish Folder CT.
8. Edit folder CT.
9. Open tags again.
10. Make sure that you can select any of available tags.
