Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable the Site Factory - https://doc.ibexa.co/en/4.4/multisite/site_factory/site_factory/.
2. Create some Sites in the Site Factory.
3. Go to the "Site" menu in the Back Office.
4. Observation #1 - menu items are missing.
5. Remove site Site Access from ibexa_admin_ui.yaml configuration from the following part of code:

               page_builder:
                   siteaccess_list: [site]
   

6. Access the "Site" menu again - one can see hashed Site Acccesses names in the mentioned menu.
7. Observation #2 - hashed names are unusable.
8. Click on hashed name.
9. One is being redirected to Content Tree item.
10. Observation #3 - the "Site" submenu suddenly appears in the "Content" menu.

Result:
Menu items are not displayed properly as mentioned in observations #1, #2 and #3.

Expected result:
Menu items should be properly rendered at all times. Hashed names should be changed to content (Site) names.
