When the Commerce manager (or Buyer) cancels the pending order, then the system should automatically cancel Payment and Shipping and change their status to Cancelled.

Currently the back-office user needs to find and change payment manually and shipment is not exposed to UI, so it will stay in Pending status.

Status: Cancelled is missing in the default Shipping workflow
