Preconditions:

• Added at least one product in product-catalog (backoffice)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to /product-catalog in storefront
2. Change qty for a product using 'increase' button inside the qty input.
3. Add product to cart.
4. Go to cart.
5. Decrease the number of product to 4 using 'decrease' button inside the qty input (cart is updated - correct!).
6. Increase product qty in cart to 5 (cart is not updated - incorrect!)
