Password validation is not cleared for new value.

Steps:

1. Enable "Password must not be contained in a public breach.".
2. Try to change password in admin panel.
3. Enter leaked value.
4. Confirm new password.
5. Update.
6. Reenter current password.
7. Enter new value for new password.
8. Confirm new password.
9. Do no update.

Actual result: Leaked password validation is still displayed for New password.
Expected result: Leaked password validation is cleared when new value is entered, like for other types of validations.
