There are no customer groups defined

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to companies list view

Current behaviour:

User can start creating company

Expected behaviour:

Similar to product attributes/attribute groups, create button should be disabled and there should be special info in table view:

"Add company
To create a company, you need to have at least one customer group.
Go to customer groups"
