Replace it with a note along the lines of:
“Dear developer, once you are done configuring the following settings, the store manager must set up the remaining parameters in the UI, such as, for example: ...”
and add a link to the following article in the User's Guide:

The screenshot with all the parameters filled in could be reused at the end of the procedure in the UG.

Restructure the messy PIM area in the process - single out product types, explain what is necessary to make products saleable, etc.
