Checkout - Payment & Summary - adjust button label to selected payment method

    Description

      I had some feedback from e.g. michal.grabowski@ibexa.co that the button label in step: Payment & summary is not relevant if we selected an offline payment method before e.g. Invoice, bank transfer, etc.
      In this case I and justyna.koralewicz@ibexa.co propose:
      1) offline payment method selected -> button: Place order
      2) online payment method-> button: Order and pay
      (without ampersand)
