Ibexa Commerce
Description
https://doc.ibexa.co/projects/userguide/en/latest/commerce/order_management/order_management/
- This intro sounds weird. I would suggest to describe it in this way:
The order management module allows the Commerce manager to track the full history and manage orders made by all customers in the store/e-shop. - I have mixed feelings regarding this part. We are in the guide for the back-office user - Commerce/store manager and here we use "you" as a customer who completed checkout. Maybe it should be rephrased:
Suggested change"When *the buyer* successfully completed the checkout, a new order is created, the stock of purchased products is decreased and payment and shipment workflows are initiated. When you cancel the *selected* order, the decreased stock is restored and payment and shipment are canceled *automatically*" - Picture captions - instead of using "screen" e.g. "Orders screen", it's better to use Orders list or Order history.
- We should describe the fields included in the 'Items tab': Price details:
Subtotal (net) - the sum of all products prices without taxes
Shipping cost - the net cost of the selected shipping method
Taxes - the total value of all taxes related to purchased products and shipping
Total value (gross) - the sum of the subtotal after any discounts, any taxes, and any service charges
