When customer portal is setup without wrapper folder it will display wrong siteacces in the page builder edit mode.

Prereq:

Setup customer portal with tree root directly to the customer portal content object

Steps:
1. Create a new page under the customer portal
 
Actual:
Page builder shows page in the defautl siteaccess "site"
 
Expected:
Page builder show page in the customer portal siteaccess
