Steps to reproduce

1. Install Ibexa DXP v4.5
2. Create 2 or more tags into the root tag
3. Select 2 or more tags
4. Try to delete it using the action menu near Roo Tag

Result

The delete position in the menu action it's always disabled

Expected

The delete position should be possible to click if we selected at least one item
