Steps to reproduce

1. Install Ibexa DXP v4.5
2. Create 50 or more tags under the Root tag
3. Check tag tree

Result

All tags are displayed. If we have many tags (like 1000+) tag tree load very slowly

Expected result

The tag tree should work as the content tree - have a "load more" button and should be possible to change the limit via yaml configuration
