    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1.  Go to dropdown menu e.g. vat category, product attribute.

      Actual result:

      Dropdown contains default value "all"

      Expected result:

      Not all dropdowns should have the "all" default value. This feature should be located specifically in the required places.
