in richtext (ck) editor, Properties of one custom tag show in the preview of another

to reproduce in clean 4.5 install

1. Create a youtube custom tag.
2. Create another youtube custom tag. 
3. Fill in the attributes of second tag to be different than first and save.
4. Click the gear icon to see the properties of each of the youtube video custom tags, and you will see they show the same.
