Richtext: Console error when submitting empty anchor

    Description

      Console error occurs when submitting empty anchor.

      Steps:

      1. Create e.g. folder.
      2. In a richtext field add some text.
      3. Select text and start adding anchor.
      4. Do not type anything.
      5. Hit Enter.

      Actual result: Console error occurs
