Preconditions:

Added two tags e.g 1 and 2 (tag 2 is a child tag of tag 1).

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Content / Tags.
3. Select tag 2.
4. Use an option 'Move' from content action menu (move tag under Root tag).
5. Verify parent value in 'View' tab for moved tag.

Actual result:

Incorrect parent tag name in view tab for taxonomy tags.

Expected result:

Correct parent tag in tab view.

Note:
The same issue occurs when 'Move' option is used in content tree in tags section
