When no payment method or/and shipping method is defined and enabled and the buyer wants to checkout with product(s) then the Payment & shipping step is empty.
Expected result:
We should include some message to the user about what to do.
Challenge: action is expected from the Commerce manager to define at least one online method, but the Buyer will experience this issue in the Storefront
Solution for the future:
In the back office we should have some "to do" steps for Commerce manager before launching a store and avoid such cases e.g.:
- check if prices and VAT rates are configured for products you want to offer in the store
- configure/verify order workflow
- configure/verify checkout workflow
- configure and enable shipping method(s)
- define and enable payment method(s)
