Preconditions:

1. at least one shipping and payment method enabled
2. Define shipping cost

Steps:

1. Add product to cart
2. Enter Main cart
3. Check the summary

Result:

Total value doesn't include shipping cost and tax

Remark:

In the backoffice the total value includes all costs in the order details.
