Steps:

Product type had attribute (float): volume and a product was created based on this type
Later I removed attribute (float) volume from this product type and added category as a field and added a new attribute Volume (measurement) and enabled for variants. https://master-7rqtwti-uoocvysq3xk3k.eu-5.platformsh.site/admin/contenttypegroup/4/contenttype/55/update
I entered this existing product to assign category. https://master-7rqtwti-uoocvysq3xk3k.eu-5.platformsh.site/admin/product/SER927429
I selected category and tried to save this product.
the system displays error:
