It's not possible to create Content Items under a Content Item that doesn't have the Version "1".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Edit and publish (without any changes) the Ibexa Digital Experience Platform item 6 times
3. Verify in the "Versions" tab that the Version 1 is no longer available
4. Start creating a new Landing Page under this Content Item

Expected:
Content Item is created, preview is correctly rendered

Actual:
Preview loads with an error:

Could not find 'VersionInfo' with identifier 'array (
'contentId' => 52,
'versionNo' => 1,
)'

Note:
By default only 5 latest versions are kept:

The number of preserved archived versions is set in ibexa.repositories.default.options.default_version_archive_limit. By default it is set to 5.
