DAM image without location id shows edit button

Steps:

1. Add config for Unsplash connector.
2. Install Unsplash connector.
3. Add Image Asset content type.
4. Start creating new image asset.
5. Choose Select from DAM.
6. Search for some asset and pick one.
7. Do not save or publish.
8. Examine image editor edit button.

Actual result: Button is active until saved or published.
Expected result: Button is disabled before assigning location id also.
