Content/Product tab should not be visible for root tag/category

    Description

      Steps:

      1. Go to Tags/Category.
      2. Go to root tag/category.
      3. Go to Content/Product tab.

      Result: As we cannot assign content/product to root this tab is always empty.

      Expected result: Tab should not be visible.
