Steps to reproduce

1. Go to storefront page {host}/product-catalog
2. Add product to cart.
3. Go through checkout process (on billing and shipping addresses fill all mandatory fields including 'Tax ID').
4. Continue checkout.
5. On Payment and Summary page verify Billing and Shipping informations.

Actual result:

BIlling address doesn't contains Tax ID information provided in checkout.

Expected result:

Tax ID value is displayed on Payment and Summary page.
