Steps to reproduce:

1. Install ibexa
2. Add to security.yaml

       access_control:
           - { path: ^/api/ibexa/v2/content, roles: ROLE_USER }
   

1. Login to the admin panel
2. Open Content Structure tab

Result:
Cannot load content types error occurs.

Expected result:
Admin panel working normally

Info:
The error occurs because of the request to api/ibexa/v2/content/types. The request is missing the header: 'X-Siteaccess': 'admin' as other requests send to API has the header.
