Steps to reproduce

1. Go to storefront page {host}/product-catalog
2. Make an order.
3. Pay for an order using PayU 'Pay later' payment method (select negative scenario - payment declined).
4. Log in to back office.
5. Go to Commerce / Payments.
6. Verify payment status.

Actual result:

Payment status is 'Pending'.

Expected result:

Payment status should be 'Cancelled'.
