Case 1 Switching site in dropdown.

Steps:

1. Go to Content structure.
2. In site dropdown select site access. 

Result: User still sees the content selected in the first site access (or in the default all) and by switching sites only the content tree is adjusted and the user can see content that may not be available in a given site access. This also applies to sites with a root outside the Content structure, e.g. Forms https://recordit.co/g3aWDDy5Vn  

Expected result: User should see root of selected site.

Case 2 Select site from Site factory list

Steps:

1. Create site in Site factory.
2. Go to Content structure.
3. In site dropdown select site access. (Test2)
4. In Site/List (left menu) select site from the list. (Test3)

Result: User is redirect to the root of selected site (test3) but content tree and site dropdown display data for test2 what is confusing. https://recordit.co/AuBr8sqwyY

Expected result: site dropdown and content tree should display selected site (Test3)
