Steps:

1. Go to content structure
2. Create/Edit landing page
3. Open Fields or other context view

Actual result

Buttons are enabled, user can publish without leaving context view

Expected result

Buttons should behave the same as the rest of the page, when user is in context, he/she needs to save or discard it first.

Dahsboard builder should inherit this behavior.
