Steps:

1. Go to top belt in ibexa
2. Hover Site context dropdown
3. Click Site context dropdown

Actual result

On hover state elements (left icon & text and chevron icon) are not hovered at the same time (visible difference, chevron is blue first).

On clicked state element look like enabled (chevron isn't reversed)

Expected result

On hover state all elements should be hovered at the same time (not one after another), so get blue color at the same time
