Steps:

1. Log in to the back office
2. Click Customize Dashboard
3. Drag and drop Quick actions block to any zone
4. Go to settings of Quick actions

Actual result:

Dropdown contains one removable tag with the name of quick action and "+4" even if there is enough space for other tags. If user unchecks any quick action, it will be displayed properly, but if user opens the block settings again, "+4" will be displayed again. See attachment, please.

Expected result:

Tags are fully displayed, when there is enough space for them.
