      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to User settings
      2. Look at 

      Actual

      • User sees date and time twice, it's hard to understand the difference and there is a risk that user thinks it's a bug 

      Expected 

      New wording:
      "Short date and time format"
      "Full date and time format"
