Steps:

1. Go to Content structure or other menu position with second level menu

Actual result

Colors are not updated to changes in dark theme.
Icon for expanding menu is wrong.

Expected result

Colors for menu should change because of changes for dark theme (changes needs to be done in light and dark theme!):

• Change color for second level menu background: #131C26 (same as top belt and first level menu)
• Change colors for active element on menu: 
  • background: #20487F
  • icon/text: #B7CDED
• Change color for stroke for menu: (10% white) #2B333C (now it is blue and it has really bad contrast with dark colors)

Also for small (hidden) second level menu: 

• icons color (show floating second level menu & expand/collapse menu): #6E9CDA

Icon for expanding/collapsing should be changed to expand right 32px.svgand expand left 32px.svg
